Start a Cultivation Cycle
Goal

Requirements
- A feed chart already saved in the Feed Charts library.
- Your grow setup details: crop type, growing medium, tank volume, system type, number of plants, and substrate volume.
Steps
1. Open Cultivation Cycles
Navigate to the Cycles section from the left sidebar.
2. Create a New Cycle
Click + Create.
3. Enter Growing Setup

5. Review and Save
Review all setup details. Click Save to create the cycle.
6. Start the Cycle
Go to the Overview tab of the newly created cycle and click Start Cycle.
Click Start Cycle at the same moment you physically start your grow. This keeps cultivation day numbers in sync with real-world activity, which is critical for accurate measurement scheduling and diagnostics.
Expected Result
The cycle is now active. It appears in the Active Cycles list on the Home page and in the Cycles section. You can begin logging Measurements, Events, and Health Issues.
